Parking is available at various locations around the town. Most car parks charge £12 for the day, however the Bridge Street car park is the cheapest at £6 to £7 per day. For visitors the charge starts at 80 pence for the first hour, but charges do vary. Please check the car parking charges prior to attending. Please be aware that Staines has a one way road system. You will have to drive your car onto the high street at the Debenhams end, (Clarence Street/Thames Street side) and drive up to the barrier, the code for which will be sent to you prior to the event booked. To take your car out of the the high street drive to the other end of the high street, (South Street/Mill Mead) nobody is allowed to turn around or reverse on the high street. Once out of the high street it is best to turn left, into Mill Mead, and follow the road around the Three Rivers car parks, go out past Block Buster, to the traffic lights, turn left into Bridge Street and then to the car park, turn right after the Courage Office Building, and into the ‘Bridge Street Car Park’, this is the cheapest car park in Staines at £6.20 for the day, although this may have changed. |
