BOOKING Black Cherry Fair 2008

Location: Abbey Field, off Windsor Street, Chertsey

All applications must be received before 31st May 2008
We book a block of stalls at this event and attend as the Arts & Crafts Market. This year you will get a stall number and the space will be around 10ft square, which is big enough for a standard gazebo.

Trading times: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Official opening of event: 11.00am Set up 7.30am and you cannot pack up until it is announced that the event is closing. More information is sent out prior to the market booked
Please book as soon as possible.
The Cost of Booking for this event is: £30 per stall
All Traders: full payment is due on booking.
No imported goods traders can apply for this venue.
To book you will need to email Anna Barry as soon as possible, once your stall request has been confirmed you will immediately need to send in the following: 1. Application form 2. Signed Terms & Conditions 3. Full payment. (Cheques made payable to 'Arts & Crafts Market Ltd' and please write BCF on the back)
As spaces are limited if your booking is not received within 5 days of confirmation you may lose your space.
Allocation of stalls is on a 'first come first served' basis and no refund of fees are payable for cancellations.
As well as the terms & conditions of the Arts & Craft Market you will also need to comply with the terms & conditions of the Black Cherry Fair and you are deemed to agree to these conditions if you apply for this venue, please visit their website for details: www.blackcherryfair.com This is an outdoor event, in a field. Therefore, no electricity is available.
You are provided with the space only. You will need to bring along your own gazebo, table and chair.
We would ask that you decorate your stall, and dress in the medieval theme. There is a prize of £50 for the Best Dressed Stall on the day from the organisers.
You will be sent all the information you will need for day once your booking has been confirmed. |
